How much does shipping cost?
To calculate your delivery costs, please select your desired products and enter your state & postcode at the checkout screen. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight & volume of the order and the delivery destination.
Where can we deliver to?
We deliver our products Australia-wide and to most countries world wide, you will be notified at check-out if we don’t ship to your country and it will not allow you to proceed. For framed prints we only deliver to Australia at present but please send us an email at email@example.com if you are interested and we can organise a customised quote for you.
Please ensure you give your full delivery address at checkout.
When will my order be shipped?
Most products are usually shipped within 2 – 3 working days from when the order is placed, we will email you a tracking number so that you can track your parcel. Framed prints may take up to a week to ship as they are custom made and we sometimes run low.
How will my order be delivered?
We use Australia Parcel Post and Express Post to deliver your items.
What if my print is damaged in transit?
Although our prints are carefully packaged for shipping, we also fully insure them during the shipping process.
If your parcel arrives with obvious damage to the packaging please DO NOT accept receipt of the parcel. Instead, ask the courier to return it and let us know immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org
If your parcel is left unattended with damage to the packaging or you only notice once you open it, please advise us within 24 hours. Please include photos of the damage to the box and the print as attachments to your email, so we can organise a replacement immediately.
